At Aroha Studio, every order is thoughtfully prepared, printed and carefully packaged from our Queensland studio.

All Aroha Studio products are made to order.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

For personalised products, this includes preparing your design and sending you a digital proof for approval before printing.

We offer simple flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping — $12.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping — $16.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be longer for regional or remote locations.

Standard Shipping — $19.85 AUD
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping — $36.70 AUD
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply.

Every order is carefully rolled and packaged in a protective mailing tube to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day, production and delivery times may be longer than usual.
